COVID-19 Testing

Due to an influx of COVID-19 cases, we cannot guaranty results in 24 hours. The turn around time in now 2-3 days
Step 1: Identify Symptoms or Exposure
Two groups of people should be tested for COVID-19:
- People with symptoms & people who have had close contact* with a known/suspected case of COVID-19.
- People with symptoms including fever, fatigue, cough, body aches, runny nose, headache, diarrhea, and/or loss of taste or smell.
*Close contact means you have been within 6 feet of a known or suspected case for a total of 15 minutes over a 24 hour period.
Step 2: Visit our Clinic
Upon arrival, you will stay in your car and get tested through one of our drive through lanes. We offer COVID-19 Testing at both our NRH, and Mesquite locations. At both locations we only offer a PCR Test, results can take up to 72 hours.
Step 3: Test Results and Cost
We offer COVID-19 Testing at both our NRH, and Mesquite locations. At both locations we only offer a PCR Test, results can take up to 72 hours. Currently, most insurances are waiving patient cost for COVID-19 testing until further notice. For Medicaid patients, COVID-19 testing fees are waived.
